Facebook Connectivity

Your platform is able to seamlessly integrate with Facebook, helping link your entire marketing and communication efforts in one single place.

When connected, you'll receive and be able to respond to messages sent to your Facebook page directly in your platform. You can also customize your Conversations area to include email or phone conversations as well, giving you unified communications for each contact.

In this article, I’ll show you how to successfully integrate Facebook into your platform.

To get started, click Settings at the bottom left corner of your left menu and then click Integrations on the new left menu that appears.

This will open the Integrations page where you’ll see all available integrations.

To integrate Facebook, Click Connect under the Facebook logo.

This will open a pop-up to confirm your identity. Click Continue, and then select the page you want to connect to your CRM.

I've already created a test Facebook account with the name John Jones as well as test pages. In this example, John's Page is the only option, but you can also connect multiple Facebook pages if desired.

Once you've selected the page or pages, click Next.

The next screen lets you customize what Facebook features you can control from your CRM. Select the options you want and click Done.

Then, click OK to connect your Facebook account.

Lastly, you'll need to choose which page to link to this location.

In the drop-down menu, you'll find all pages that were previously added. In our example, there's only the one option - John's Page.

And then click Connect page to complete the integration.

Now when you go back to your Integrations page, you'll see that Facebook is properly connected with a green Connected message.

In addition, you'll now have a Change Page button that allows you to edit the integration settings as needed.

If you ever choose to disconnect your Facebook account, you can do so by clicking the green Connected button. This will open a pop-up where you can click OK to disconnect your Facebook account, changing the green Connected back to a blue Connect.

Integrating Facebook into your platform has a number of advantages, with unified communications being one of the most valuable!
