Adding videos to your emails is a great way to create a multimedia experience to your email events and campaigns.

And your platform has a feature to make it incredibly easy - the video element in your email builder!

In this article, Iโ€™ll show you how to embed videos in your emails.

To start, click Email Marketing on your left menu and select the Email Builder tab at the top.

Then, click Create email or select one of your email templates to open it up.

This will open your email builder.

To add a video element, all you have to do is drag and drop the video icon on the template.

This is how the video element will look after adding it, and the menu on the left hand side shows the editing options for this video element.

Under Edit, you can see an option for video type.

When you click the video type field, it reveals a menu with four video options where you can embed your video from. For this example we have used a YouTube video. Select the video source you want.

To add a video, just paste the link of the video in the video URL field.

And your video will be embedded instantly!

In the edit menu, there is an option to edit the thumbnail of the video, where you can upload an image or paste the URL of an image that you want to use as the thumbnail.

In order to upload an image just click Replace over the existing thumbnail.

This will open the files menu where you can click the add file button to select an image from your computer and upload it.

Another way to change the thumbnail is to paste the link of the image in the video thumbnail URL.

The linked image will now be used as the thumbnail.

The edit menu also has options to customize the size of the thumbnail as well as a padding option to add borders over the video thumbnail.

After the edits have been made, click save on the top left.

Now, when a recipient clicks on the video thumbnail in the email, they will be navigated to the link of the video.

And thatโ€™s all there is to adding video elements in your email builder!
