Affiliate marketing is a form of advertising where you pay someone else to promote/refer your product or service. An affiliate is someone who promotes a campaign by sharing their unique affiliate link with the leads interested in your product/service. The person who promotes the product gets paid when they sell it, and you get paid when they do.
Before you create an Affiliate Campaign, there are a few pre-requisites that need to setup.
You need to have:
- A domain setup on your funnel
- A product setup on your funnel
- A payment method integrated with your CRM
Under the Affiliate Manager tab click on the 'Campaigns' section
Click on the Add button to create a new campaign.
Inside Campaign Details, fill out the fields.
Campaign Name - The unique name given to identify a campaign
Funnel/Website URL - This is the landing page that the affiliate's leads will visit
Products - The products on which an affiliate commission is applicable
Affiliates - The list of people who will be receiving the unique affiliate link to promote the affiliate program. An affiliate can be part of multiple campaigns and each campaign will provide a unique affiliate link to the affiliate.
Commission percentage - The % of the commission that will be distributed to every sale that an affiliate makes
Payout frequency - When will the payment be made on the affiliate for every sale
Cookie Life - The number of days the cookie will stay in the lead's browser
After filling in the details, click on create campaign.
To add affiliates, go the affiliates section from the drop down menu.
Here you can add a single affiliate or upload a CSV of all your affiliates.
