To start, letβs click Sites in the left menu, and then click Chat Widget at the top.
The preview area on the right lets you see how changes will appear when you adjust options in the Chat Bubble menu.
There are additional options in the Widget window and Acknowledgement settings areas. After your configuration is complete, click Get Code at the top of the screen.
This opens a window with all the code for your webchat widget. Click the Copy Code button.
And then go to the funnel on your platform where you want to install the widget.
Select the website, and then click Settings in the top menu.
In the right column, you'll see an area for Body tracking code. Paste your widget code here and then click Save.
Now if you open the website, you'll see your chat widget at the bottom right of the screen.
And if we click the widget, it'll expand into a full chat box for your visitors to send questions.
If you want to install a chat widget on a funnel instead of a site, go to the funnel you want to use, and click its settings tab.
As with the website, paste your widget code in the Body tracking code area and then click Save.
Congratulations! Your webchat widget is now successfully created!
