To use the blog tool, click on Sites.
Click on Blogs in the top navigation.
Now, click on Create a Blog Post.
Now enter the title of the blog, a description, and an image.
Once you’ve added the details, click Create post.
You’ll be redirected to the blog editor, where you can style your blog according to your requirements.
Once you’re happy with your blog post, click on the menu button at the top.
This will give you options to either duplicate, preview, delete or see the version history.
You can also Save the blog post and return to it later when you want to publish it. Once you’ve edited the blog post, click on Publish.
This will take you to the Publish or Schedule screen.
Here you’ll need to do the following:
Edit the URL slug for the blog post based on your requirements.
To create a new category, you’ll need to define a Category label, URL slug, category description, and image.
Define a category. You can select an existing category or create a new one.
Add keywords that align with your blog post. This is an optional step but good for SEO.
Add an author's name. This is an optional step.
Once done, you can either click on Save as Draft to return to it later or Publish Now.
Once you click Publish Now, go to Sites → Blog. Now, you’ll be able to see the published blog.
Click on Actions to select a variety of options from the drop-down menu. You can do the following:
Update Post
Duplicate Post (This is handy if you want to retain the blog styling for another post).
Change blog post SEO details (This is an excellent feature if you want to update your existing blogs with relevant keywords).
Archive Post
Delete Post
Clicking on the settings icon will bring you to another screen.
On this page, you can add author information and define or change categories.
To embed your blog post to a website or a landing page, click on Websites from the top navigation.
Click on the blogs page inside the website page. This will open the funnel builder, as shown below.
Now, click on the icon shown in the screenshot below.
Select the blog post lists in the menu.
A blog list element will be added with the blogs you’ve published so far.
Click Save and then Preview from the top right navigation. Now, you’ll be able to see the published blog post on the website upon adding your domain to the funnel or website.
