Check the video here!

In the previous article, we completed the first step of creating a demo membership site - adding site settings.

Now in this article, I’ll show you how to set up the product details for your membership site.

Continuing from where we left off, let's click Products on the sub menu of memberships.

This view holds all the products for your membership site.

Click Create Product in the top right.

This opens a page with a few templates for your digital product.

However, for this demo, we're going to create our product from scratch without using a template. Click the Start Building button under Build your own.

This opens a popup that asks you to give your product a name.

Before we enter a name, let's open our Step 2 folder, which has all the content needed for our product details.

The document file we've selected here contains the title we want to give to our product. I'll copy it.

And then, I’ll paste it into the name field. Now click Create Product.

This opens a details page for our newly-created product.

The menu under the title will help us set up our product and membership site. Click Edit details.

This opens up a page for our product details.

The title field is already populated.

In the next field, you'll add a description of your product to be displayed on the product welcome page. Our document already contains this text, so all we have to do is copy the description and then paste it in the field.

Remember that you can deal with each field one-by-one, but already having your data organized makes the process extremely easy.

Next, you'll need to add a product thumbnail image. Click select image.

On the popup, click Choose File, locate your chosen image, select it, and click open.

Then click Upload when it appears.

Now we can see that our thumbnail image has been added. Click Advanced.

This opens up the same JavaScript and CSS text boxes as in our first video, allowing you to give your product page a customized look.

Lastly, click the Save button in the bottom right.

A message at the top right corner confirms that your changes have been saved.

And now we have our product details completed. Click Back to in the top left and go back to your product setting page.

Great! Our product is starting to take shape. For this demo, we're creating an online course.

We'll click Preview to take a look at how the site is coming along.

This opens a preview of the membership site we're creating.

As you can see, the favicon is displayed, and the product title and description appear here.

Our product details are done. In the next article, we'll continue to build out our product content in the third step of our content checklist.
