The task feature is a useful tool to enhance one’s productivity. You can use to prioritize and meet deliverables.
In order to reach your full potential, we are going to cover how you can effectively use this feature.
Click on Contacts in the side navigation.
Click on Tasks in the top navigation.
Here you’ll see the tasks for all users. This section will showcase the name, description, contact, assignee, due date, date added and status.
You can also sort the tasks by contact, assignee, status or due date in the top navigation of the task list.
If you want to change the status, edit or delete a task click on the menu option at the extreme right as shown below.
If you click on Edit task, you’ll be able to change the title of the task, description, assignee, contact and due date.
If you want to create a new task, go back to the main tasks screen and click New task.
You’ll see the same pop-up which we showed when editing the task. Here you can add the relevant details and click save.
