This article will show you how to do this in your CRM via Facebook Form Fields Mapping.

To start, click Settings in the left menu and then click Integrations on the new left menu that appears.

Once there, click Facebook Form Fields Mapping on the top menu.

Here you’ll see all your Facebook forms. The forms that have not yet been mapped will be blank under the Status column.

To map these fields, click the Map Fields button next to the highlighted box in the screenshot above.

This will open a pop-up.

Match the fields of your CRM with the Facebook form fields, and then click Update.

Once updated, the status option will be toggled on for your Facebook form, as shown in the screenshot below:

All submissions from the Facebook form you just mapped will be saved in your contacts.

If you want your leads to receive an email or SMS upon form submission, you’ll need to create a workflow. To do this, click Automation on the left menu of your CRM.

Once you’re in automation, click Create Workflow.

Next, add a new trigger inside the workflow and select the Facebook Lead Form Submitted trigger.

Select the In Form filter, as shown in the screenshot below.

Lastly, select the form you just mapped.

Once the trigger is set, you can add actions to the workflow such as “Send Email or SMS” based on your specific needs.
