Adding company details to your platform is super easy, and it’s one of the first things you’ll want to do before starting to use your platform for marketing and automation tasks.

To get started, click Settings at the bottom of the left menu, and then click Business Info on the new left menu that appears.

This is where you'll set your company details like name, email, address and logo.

In the first field, you can upload your company's logo. And below the logo area, enter the fields for your company name, email, phone number, and website URL.

Be sure to click Update Company to save your changes.

Scrolling down, you’ll find your call and voicemail settings. Here, you’ll set the incoming call timeout according to your preference. When you receive a call, your platform will wait this long before playing your recorded message.

If you don’t want to use this setting, just scroll the slider to no timeout.

Click Save Call Settings.

In the right column, change your company's physical address and your time zone.

The time zone setting is important because features like your calendar and appointment booking use the time set here. Click Update Address to save these settings.

Below the address area, there are several check boxes. You’ll need to decide whether you want to use these features or not and check (or uncheck) them accordingly.

  • Allow Duplicate Contact - Contacts created by different sources will have individual entries.
  • Allow Duplicate Opportunity - Lets you track how many leads have been to each stage in a pipeline.
  • Merge Facebook Contacts By Name - Messenger contacts in conversations will be merged with other contacts in your list by name.
  • Disable Contact Timezone - If disabled, the appointment reminders will not work properly.
  • Validate Phone numbers when contact is created - This will validate the phone number when first SMS / Call is made.
  • Enable Campaigns - Deprecated feature
  • Enable Triggers - Deprecated feature

For these last two options, you can choose to enable them here - this lets you access them in the Automation section of your platform.
Click Update after you’ve enabled or disabled these settings.

At the bottom of the view under the check boxes is one last setting for missed call text back. If selected, this will send an SMS message to your contact when you miss a call. Enable or disable this feature and then click save missed call text settings.

Great! You’ve now completed the Company settings of your platform!
