One of your CRM’s high-powered features is its ability to integrate with many other platforms, such as Google, Facebook, and more.
In this article, we’ll show you where to find your integrations.
First, click Settings at the bottom of the left menu, and then scroll down and click Integrations on the new left menu that appears - it’ll be under Other Settings.
There are quite a few integration options available in your CRM, and you can simply click Connect under the platform you want to start the integration process.
Google is the most common integrations, often used for Google Ads, Google Calendar, Google My Business profiles, or other Google products.
Facebook/Instagram is another common option. You can enable Messenger and Instagram DMs to be integrated in your platform’s Conversations.
Some other integration options include:
- Quickbooks - for financial tracking and accounting.
- Clio - for legal features
- Stripe - for payment processing.
