To go to Appointment Reporting, click Reporting on the left menu, and then click Appointment Report.
This is the appointments report dashboard
At the top right there is a Filters tab with options for calendars and timeframe.
You can choose the calendars for which you want to view the appointment data.
You can also choose whether you want to see appointments that were created within a specific timeframe. You can filter by appointment date or by the date the appointment was scheduled. Choose the timeframe and click apply.
Once you’ve set your filters, you can view information around appointments booked within that timeframe, appointments confirmed, appointments where the client actually showed up, no shows, and other statistics based on appointment status.
Below that, you have visual representations of the data.
The first visual shows which channels the appointments are being booked through.
For example, appointments made by the leads coming through a funnel, appointments made by a user, or made via the API, or through another channel.
The “other” channel refers to the appointments made through the Google Calendar integration.
The second visual shows a source report, which gives you an option to toggle between users, or funnels.
The last visual is a report around the outcomes where you can see the breakdown of the outcomes based on the appointment statuses.
Moving further down the page, you can view a list of the actual appointments from within the selected timeframe.
You can toggle between the status of the appointments, export the list, and choose the layout of the columns that you want to see visually.
Great! You now know how to access and understand your platform’s appointment reporting feature!
