The Transactions tab in your account is where you can view, sort, and download all of the transactions that have happened over time.
The list is a history of all transactions that may be important for your accounting purposes, such as managing receivables and metrics. It can also help you plan business initiatives!
Click "Payments"
Navigate to the "Transactions" tab.
Filter By Transaction Status
Transaction Status: View All, Pending, Succeeded, or Failed
Filter By Payment Mode
Payment Mode: View All, Live Mode, or Test Mode
Filter By Source Type
Source Type: View All, Funnel, Website, or Invoice
Filter By "From" Date
Click the "From" field, and select an Invoice Creation Date. This filter retrieves invoices that were created on or after the specified date.
Filter By "To" Date
Click the "To" field, and select an Invoice Creation Date. This filter retrieves invoices that were created on or before the specified date.
Filter By Search
Search for a specific transaction. This can be done using Customer ID, Customer Name, Email Address, Transaction ID, Source ID, Source Name, or Charge ID.
How Are Transactions Created?
A transaction is created after your clients made a payment from a Text 2 Pay link or and Invoice.
