Stripe Integration

To accept payments directly on your CRM, you'll need to have a payment processor.
Fortunately, your platform has already integrated Stripe, a leader in online payments. Some examples of why you might want to accept online payments could be paid calendar bookings, digital products, or recurring service subscriptions.
In this article, we'll show you how to connect your Stripe account with your platform.
You can create a free Stripe account at stripe.com. Note that Stripe only charges on transactions, without a monthly fee.

After you have a Stripe account created, you’ll need to grab some details, so login to Stripe now.
And then click Developers on the left menu.
This will open a dropdown under Developers - click API keys, the first option.

This will open a screen with your API keys. These keys will need to be copied and pasted to your CRM Settings page.
Notice that this top bar says you're viewing test keys. It's a good idea to start with test keys to verify your integration is working and make a few test payments.
After everything is set up perfectly, you can click this toggle to access your live keys.

There are two separate keys that you'll need for your Stripe integration:
  • Publishable key
  • Secret key - to access the secret key, click the Reveal Test Key Token button.
Notice that your test keys have the word "test" embedded in them. This is to differentiate your test keys from live keys. Live keys will have "live" instead of test.

Now, in a separate tab or browser, open your CRM.
And click Payments on the left menu, and then click Integrations on the top menu that appears.

Lastly, click Connect with Stripe.

This opens a new tab where you’ll need to login with your Stripe credentials and then select your stripe account.

Once your Stripe is connected, it will show Stripe live mode is enabled.

Stripe integration is very easy and lets you conveniently accept payments directly through your CRM.
