To quickly update the appointment status, you can go to "Calendars", then go to "Appointments"

You can update the appointment status by clicking on the "Status" Dropdown.
Update Appointment Status
Choose the appointment status among these:
Confirmed (this will be the default status)
Reschedule
Invalid
Cancelled
Showed
No-Show
Delete
Reschedule Menu
If you chose to reschedule an appointment, it'll show you a menu where you can enter the new appointment time.
Confirm The New Appointment Status
For any other status that you choose, the system will ask you to confirm if you're sure about this change.
Click "Ok" to continue.
