How To Edit/Update The Calendar Name & Description

You can get creative with your calendar's name and description so your clients know exactly what they are booking for and be prepared for your meeting.

Depending on the team calendar that your using, you might have to change your descriptions to match with the event type.

Go to Settings

Click on the "Settings" menu.

 

Go To Calendars

Once on the "Settings" menu, go to "Calendars".

Then, select the calendar you want to edit by clicking on the ellipsis ... next to the calendar's name.

 

Go to 1. Team & Event Setup

On this section, you'll be able to customize the name and description of your calendar, as well as the appointment distribution for you and your team.

Appointment Distribution Section

On "Appointment Distribution" you can choose how meetings from your calendar will be distributed amongst the team members.

Calendar Section - Edit Name

On this section, you're able to customize your calendar name and description, calendar URL, appointment titles and even the event color.

First thing is to edit the calendar's name. This name will be for the calendar within the Team (see image 2)

 

Calendar Section - Edit Description

You can edit the calendar's description depending on its purpose.



This will show on the booking page (see image 2)

 

Calendar Section - Edit URL

You're able to edit the calendar URL and customize the slug to match your calendar name.

 

 

Calendar Section - Edit Appointment Title

You can edit the appointment title and all appointments will have the same name, so you know which calendar and team is coming from.

Calendar Section - Edit Event Color

This option is used to choose the color for this calendars events, the color is also synced to Google Calendar.


Click on the color to select and unselect.

 

Save the Changes

Once you've edited all of these options, click on "Save"
