Using Bulk Actions with Contacts or Smart Lists, you can perform multiple one-off actions on your chosen contacts. Here’s how to import multiple contacts:

Click "Contacts"

Click "Contacts"

Click the "Import Contacts" here.

Click the "Import Contacts" here.

Click "Upload a file"

Click "Upload a file" and select the .csv you wish to upload.

PRO-TIP: If you have multiple phone numbers or emails with one lead, we cannot support that, so please split the contacts into multiples so they will be uploaded.

PRO-TIP: Remove duplicates from the .csv file before uploading.

Important note regarding uploading contacts from keap

The phone field from the .csv export in keap is incompatible with the system. The way the parenthesis and dashes display the phone number keep it from working. Highlight the entire column in the .cvs file and remove the "(" symbol and the ")" symbol. Then you can import without messing up the data.
