How To Add New Tasks

Tasks are a great way to keep track of things that need to be done, especially if you have many moving parts in your account. They can help ensure that nothing falls through the cracks and that every lead is followed up with.

You can also see details about the Tasks, such as:

  • Title of the Task

  • Description of the Task

  • Who the Task is Assign to

  • And the Due date


Here's how to Add new tasks:

Navigating To The Contact Details Tab - Tasks - Step 01

Click "Contacts"

Select the contact(s) for which you wish to create a task.

Click "Task"

Click the "+ Add new" button.

Click the "Title" field.
