Smart lists allow you to sort your contact list at the click of a button. Now you can create a list of contacts that all match one particular condition. Maybe you want to create a list of all active customers, or a list of all the people who are interested in a particular service, or a list of people who all have birthdays in December to run a promo. The possibilities to segment your contact list are endless.
In this next example, we will show you how to create a Smart List of all contacts who have submitted an email address.
PRO TIP: Once you have created a smart list, you can page through the contacts by clicking into a contact and clicking the arrow to page through contacts.
Navigate To Contacts
Click "Contacts"
Click "More Filters"
Here you will see a list of different filters, each with its own options, that you can use to narrow down a list of specific people.
Select A Filter
Here you can choose one or more filters to narrow down your list. You have several different types of filters to choose from.
Configure the settings of filter
When you select a filter you'll be prompted to provide more information on how you want to configure this filter. In this example, we are creating a filter for everyone who has provided us with an email.
So we selected the "Email" filter in the last step and here we will select "is not empty".
