Sometimes when you have a client in your system but they haven't done anything yet, you need to move them into an opportunity. To do this, go into Conversations, click on the contact you wish to update.
Then click "Create Opportunity" as shown in the first image.
When the popup form shows, fill it out and save it to add the opportunity.
