Within the system, you can create specific forms to fit your needs. You can copy or delete your forms from this view, as well as editing existing ones.

Navigate To The "Sites" Tab
On your main menu, click on "Sites".
Go To The Form Builder
Click on "Forms", then click on "Builder".
Create A New Form
This will open the form builder.

Search Bar
You can search for any existing forms on your account. Simply type in key words for your form title on the search bar.
Edit Existing Forms
Click on the "Edit" button next to the name of the form you'd like to edit.
Copy A Form
If you'd like to copy a form, click on the dropdown on the "Edit" button. Then click on "Copy".
Delete A Form
If you'd like to copy a form, click on the dropdown on the "Edit" button. Then click on "Delete".
