Within the system, you can create specific forms to fit your needs. From content to style changes, you can customize information and looks in a form.
You can use these forms in a variety of places and situations, from everyday use to marketing purposes.
Navigate To The "Sites" Tab
On your main menu, click on "Sites".
Go To The Form Builder
Click on "Forms", then click on "Builder".
Click On "Create New Form"
This will open the builder, from here you can create a form with these options:
Form Fields
You have many field options to choose from and customize your forms with the just the information you need.
You can choose from the standard fields available or create your own custom ones.
Standard Fields
There are standard form fields already available in the system, with basic information usually used for forms. Scroll down to see all options from the list.
Add A Field To The Form
Simply Drag and drop the fields to add them into the form.
(Optional) Edit The Field Options
Click on top of the field and edit it on the menu showing on the right side.
You can make fields required or hide them.
Custom Fields
You can create your own specific questions and add them to your form.
Simply click on "Custom fields", scroll all the way down, then click on "Add Custom Field"
Choose Field Type
There are several options for your field type, you can do:
Edit Custom Field
Once you decide which field you'd like to do, you need to type in the question or text on the name of the field.
For multiple-option fields, you have to add in the options.
Add A Field To The Form
After creating the field, simply Drag and drop it to add the field into the form.
Edit The Field
Click on top of the field and edit it on the menu showing on the right side.
You can make fields required or hide them.
Form Styles
You can customize the appearance of your forms, the color, fonts and more.
Customize the Layout
Toggle on or off these options to play with the layout of your form.
Edit Colors & Fonts
You can change the background and font colors, as well as the width, border and corner radius around the form.
(Optional) Custom CSS
You can also add a custom CSS code to your form to have it look exactly how you want it.
Form Options
Adjust the name and actions for your form on this menu.
Edit The Form Name
Change the name of the form so you'll know what it is for and it's easy to search.
On Submit Options
You can choose what happens after someone submits a form, either a thank you message or redirect to a URL.
Save It!
After you've finishes customizing your form, click on "Save Form".
You can add this form into any funnel, website or calendar inside the system.
(Optional) Integrate Form
You can embed your forms on any website if you have one outside the CRM by copying the code.
Or you can use/send the direct link to the form to get submissions.
