Review Management Settings

Make sure to adjust your SMS and Email message before you start sending out Review Requests to your contacts.

 

Navigate to the "Settings" Tab

Click "Settings"

 

Go to "Reputation Manager"

Click "Reputation Management"

 

Create a Review Link

Click "Generate Link".

 

Please note: You need to have your Google My Business profile already connected to the system.

 

Save your Review Link

Click "Save"

 

Select a Review Request Behavior

Select either option on "Review Request Behavior"

 

(Optional) Customize your Review Request SMS

You can have a custom review request SMS with your logo added to it.

To edit your message, enable "Customize Review SMS".

 

Type In Your Message

Click the "Message" field. Then type in the custom message for your review request.
You'll be able to see the preview of your SMS.

 

Add Your Logo

You can upload your logo by Clicking "Add image".

 

Save The Changes

Once you've finished editing, click "Save"

 

(Optional) Customize your Review Request Email

You can have a custom review request Email with your logo already added to it.

To edit your Email, enable "Customize Review SMS".

 

Edit Email Subject

For the Custom Review Email, start by Clicking the "Subject" field to edit the subject.

 

Edit Email Headline

Click the "Heading" field and type in your heading.

Type In Your Email

Edit your email by clicking on the "Message" field.

You'll be able to see the preview of your Email on Mobile, Tab and Laptop.

 

Save The Changes

Once you've finished editing, click "Save"

 

Start Sending Review Requests

Now that you've set up your review request messages, you can start sending them out to your contacts.
