Reputation Tab Overview

From this menu you're able to keep track of your goals, the number of reviews received, sentiment analysis, and average rating.

You can have a thorough reporting from the Reputation tab as well as send and manage your review requests.

Make sure to adjust your Reputation Management settings before you start sending out review requests.

 

Navigate To Reputation Tab

Click "Reputation" on your main menu.

 

Click "Overview"

On Overview, you will find the review stats.

PRO TIP: You can click on the "Send Review Request" button from any of the Reputation tab sections (overview, requests, reviews...)

 

Invites Goal

Keep track of your review request goals.

 

Reviews Received

You can see how many reviews you have received.

 

Average Rating

Check the Average Star Rating from here.

 

Average Sentiment

You can also check the Average Sentiment.

 

Invite Trends

Check how many requests have been sent from your account over the months.

Simply hover over each month bar to see the details.

 

Review Trends

Keep track of the review ratings over the months.
Simply hover over each month bar to see the details.

 

Latest Review Requests

You can see the latest contacts you sent the review request to

 

Latest Review

You can see the latest review you received.

 

 

Filter By Date Range

With any of these stats, you can filter by date range by clicking on the upper right corner of each stat box.

 

Navigate To "Requests"

From this view, you can keep track of all of your review requests and see the status of each request.

 

Invite Sent to

This is the column where the contact information will be.

 

Email/Phone

You'll be able to know if the request was sent via Email or SMS.

 

Sent By

This column will show the user who sent out the review request.

PRO TIP: The email signature shown on the review request message will belong to the user who's sending out the request.

 

Date Sent

This column will show the date that the review request was sent.

 

Status

You can check the status of the review request message.

 

 

Navigate To "Reviews"

From this view, you'll be able to see all of your reviews and filter by rating or date.

 

Search Bar

You can search for a specific review.

 

Respond To Reviews

You can respond to any reviews. Just type in a reply on the text field below the review, then click on "Respond"

 

Filter By Network

On the right side, you'll find the filters.

Click on the "Network" dropdown to filter your reviews by network (Facebook or Google)

 

Filter By Minimum Rating

Click on the "Minimum Rating" dropdown to filter your reviews by start rating.

 

Filter By Max Rating

Click on the "Max Rating" dropdown to filter your reviews by start rating.

 

Filter By Start Date

Select the start date you'd like to filter your reviews by.

 

Filter By End Date

Select the end date you'd like to filter your reviews by.

 

Clear Filters

Click on "Clear Filters" to g back to all of your reviews.
