Navigate to the "Payments" tab.
Create a New Invoice
Click "+ New"
Billed To
Click the "+ Add a client" to select the client you wish to send the invoice to.
Select An Existing Client
Select the client you wish to send the invoice.
Edit Client Info
Click the "Company Name" field.
From Info
Edit your company info in the From Info area at the top right by clicking on and editing the related fields.
Invoice Number
Edit the "Invoice No" by clicking on the "Invoice No" field and editing it.
Issue Date
Edit the Issue Date by clicking on the "Issue Date" field and editing it.
Due Date
Edit the Due Date by clicking on the "Due Date" field and editing it.
Add an Item
Click "+ Add an item" here.
NOTE: The product should have already been created in order for it to be included on an invoice. The good news is creating a product is quite simple. If you would like a step-by-step guide, be sure and check out our other tutorials on creating products to help you through the process.
Select a Product
Click "Select a product".
Select a Price
Click on the price in the dropdown.
Save the Item
Click "Save"
Item Description
Click the "Item description" field. Type in a description for your product.
Save your Invoice
Click "Save" on the upper right corner.
