How To Sort/Filter Opportunities

Within the Opportunities Tab, you can display a great number of contacts and get a visual of where those contacts are on your process.


This view can help you stay organized by using different filters, be aware of the progress of your objectives, keep tract of your revenue and manage your leads in more visual way.

This guide will help you understand the functionality of the Opportunities tab and how you can use it on a day-to-day basis.

 

Select Date & Time

By using this filter, you can choose a particular date and/or time range base on the date the opportunities were created.

You can choose within the date ranges option on the left side,
OR
Choose specific dates from the calendar view.

After you choose your date range, click on the "tick" mark to display the contacts created on that specific date range.

 

Date Added (DESC/ASC)

This allows you to sort your opportunities in either ascending or descending order according to date.

 

 

Pipeline Choice / Filter

You can have multiple pipelines in your account, these will depend on your needs and process. If you'd like to learn more about pipeline use cases, click here.

When you have several pipelines in your system, you can use this to choose which pipeline you wish to view the opportunities in.

 

 

Opportunity Owner Filter

You can assign leads to yourself or a specific team members.

This filter will show the leads for that specific team member only or the entire team. It will also show you exactly where the contacts are in the process.

 

 

Opportunity Status Filter

When you change the status of a contact, they are moved to a different view. This help you stay organized and focus on the open leads.

The "Status" filter will allow you to see the opportunities which are in a specific status:

  • All: the total number of contacts or opportunities

  • Open: contacts you're following up with and reply consistently

  • Won: when you've completed the sale or the main goal of your process

  • Lost: contacts that requested to stop the follow up or are not interested

  • Abandoned: when a contact stops responding

PRO TIP: You can change the status of your contacts by dragging and dropping them to the 3 statuses at the bottom.

 

 

Search Bar

The search bar is very helpful if you need to find a specific contact on your Opportunities pipeline.
